I had the Gutterglove pro series install before the winter of 2011. I live in NE Ohio where the snow fall is above average. The entire system worked flawlessly, I also have the optional heated cable installed throughout. We have had no problems with ice buildup, hanging ice cycles, ect. If you can afford this product I highly recommend it.
